SERVICE CANCELLATION CUTS AND STYLING
You have the right to cancel or reschedule your booking up to “24hrs before your booking start time” before the stated booking time and we will process a refund of the full amount. We will not refund if you cancel or reschedule less than to 24hrs before the stated booking time. All cancellation need to made within business operational hours to be valid (back office is closed Saturdays and Sundays, so please see our FAQ page to cancel). Alternatively, via the website directly, by signing into your booking account and cancelling before the stated booking time.
If you are a new guest or haven’t had your colour or a test done with us for 6 months you must take it at least 48 hours before your appointment. This is to ensure you do not have any negative reactions to the colour product. Please contact the salon before your appointment so they can organise this for you. If you don’t take one before your appointment we unfortunately may have to reorganise to another date.
COLOUR CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY:
No shows are no fun for anyone, but particularly during a pandemic when we’re trying our best to get back on our feet! All we’re looking for is a heads up, so that we have enough time to offer your appointment to someone else in need of our colour service. You cancel or reschedule your colour appointment up-to 24hrs before at no cost. If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice, this will incur a 50% charge. No-show for your appointment, this will incur a 100% charge. We hope you can understand how this helps towards covering the loss of services revenue that our Colourist/Stylist and stores will experience. Under 16s must be accompanied by parent or guardian to the consultation and the appointment. Colour services cannot be carried out on those under the age of 16. If you are unhappy with any part of the service, please inform your stylist immediately who will endeavour to rectify the situation
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY
Customer satisfaction is at the very top of our priorities list as a service and a brand. We understand haircuts/styling/colour is a very personal service, so we have put in place several procedures to try and meet all our customers’ demands.
When starting a service with one of our stylists, they will run a quick consultation to discuss your desired option from our simple menu. Together you will decide and agree details such as, the cut shape, length in accordance with what is achievable with your hair type/length etc. Many of our cutting services options are designed to be delivered in 30 minutes at a gender neutral price point (except wet and colour services). During and after the cut/style/colour, our stylist will consult with you (the customer) to make sure that desired detail and finish is being achieved and has been achieved.
Following the hair cut/style/colour, should you feel the service provided was not satisfactory, please let the stylist, or the salon manager know straight away. If we are unable to rectify the issues before you leave the salon, please contact us within 7days of having your cut/style. To correct any wrong, we will need you to come back to the salon, after which we will offer a fix with one of our most experienced stylists or chief stylists. Following this attempt to rectify, should the cut/style/colour be of a sub-standard, we will proceed with a refund. Please note that we are not able to process a refund where the cut is judged to be sub-standards as a result of personal preference. And not based on failure to achieve a technically good haircut, in-line with what was discussed during consultation..
